An additional plus of the superior decal is the adhesive: it can be re-applied if required. This makes it fun to apply, even if you are a no-handyman like I am. Yes, it is true, Nintendo Wii Skins made of cast vinyl are higher priced, but they are definitely worth it. Believe me!
(4) How should I apply the skins to my Wii gaming system?
Now comes the hardest part: the installation operation. How can you proceed?
a) Get familiar with the different parts of the Nintendo Wii Skin you would like to apply. Place them logically. You would want to prefer to start with the smaller pieces and then advance to the bigger ones. This way, you will not have to search for the next part in the middle of the process.
b) Clean the surfaces. You may want to take alcohol and a non-fuzzing textile to get rid off grease, stain and dust.
c) Begin the installing process with a smaller part that is easier to apply. Proceeding that way will get you a better feeling for the material itself and how it reacts during the process.
