WoW Fishing Leveling Guide
Fishing is a brilliant profession in World of Warcraft. You are never short of food. Good gold from the fish you sell (or cook and sell). Items and mounts that fishing provides and you can’t find elsewhere. Hunters will save a tonne of gold feeding their pets. And a good social life by the lakes.
To become the best fisherman or woman you must try to get to the top level as quickly as possible. the highest level in Fshing possible is 450. This guide gives you the best route to 450, in under 15 hours:
Start with at least ten levels. buy yourself a fishing pole at a fishing shop. Now, for the fastest possible route to 450, you need to fish in Northrend. Alliance players head to Valgarde, and Horde players head to Vengeance Landing.

Look for the area’s fishing trainer – Alliance characters need to look for a man named Byron Welwick who is by the water with an umbrella. For the Horde players among you, you want an Angelina Soren at the docks, she has an umbrella too. They’ll train you in Apprentise Fishing so we can get started.
Now, begin fishing! Basically, keep on fishing right near your trainer, so you don’t have far to go. Just catch anything, it will all boost your level. Even junk. Turn to your trainer and get Journeyman Fishing at level 50, at level 125 train Expert fishing. At 200 get Artisan, level 275 allows you to become Master in Fishing and when you get to level 350 you can train to become Grand Master in Fishing!

That’s how simple it is – the fastest possible route to Grand Master. Just carry on until you hit level 450. Now that you are Grand Master you can make really good gold by catchin valuable fish which can be found all over the game. It is well worth learning cooking too to compliment your fishing skills.
