In the following WoW Gold guide I’ll show you 3 methods for making gold in Warcraft.
Grinding, flipping in the Auction House, and certain porfessions are fantastic for making gold.
Grinding:
First let’s look at Grinding, an easy yet often tedious way of making gold. Making gold from grinding is best after level 50, even though you can grind at any level. Grinding alone has the potential of making you up to 50g/hr.
At level 50, one of the first places to check out for grinding is Winterfall Village in the Winterspring.
This place is absolutely teaming with furbolgs which are really easy to grind and make great gold from.
Everlook Forest is where you’ll find the Yetis. They’re incredibly easy to kill so you shouldn’t have trouble grinding them for a while.
There’re some good grinding spot in the Eastern Plaguelands so once you reach level 80 go check it out. You won’t have any trouble find mobs to grind.

WoW Gold Guide intro to Flipping for Profit:
Flipping, or selling things in the Auction House, is another great way to make gold if you know how. This can mean either selling items you yourself gathered or stuff you buy at the Auction House and then sell it for a higher price.
The combination of grinding and then flipping what you get is really good for making gold. Grind mobs with high drop rates and then flip the items in the Auction House.
The best thing to do first is just observe whats actually selling and for how much gold. Gathering these items in particular will yield better success in the Auction House.
If you learn to have good timing in the Auction House you should see some great success making gold. Firstly, wait until there’re lots of other players bidding at the Auciton House. Secondly, don’t flood the market. If you put lots of the same item on auction then the bid price will go down making you less gold.

Professions:
Among the professions that are really good for making gold are Mining, Skinning and Blacksmithing.
Profession do take longer for making gold simply because you’ve got to level up to make good gold. Once you have leveled up making gold will become a lot easier. This method can be used in combination with flipping.
