WoW Paladin Guide
Probabaly the most popular class in WoW is the Paladin. Paladins are powerful healers combined with very strong warriors. Because of their excellent healing abilities and their ability to wear plate armor, they are the hardest class to kill. If you’re new to WoW, you should play a Paladin – they are just so hard to kill.

They do have a very strict morale code that they must abide by when roleplaying and acting throughout the game. If you are playing a Paladin and you willfully commit an evil act you will lose your Holy Light skills – basically their magic. But playing a WoW character with a firm roleplaying stand point can be a lot of fun, and Paladins are respected or feared by all.
A Paladin can be built into the most dangerous fighter in the game if developed well. People who play Paladins have 2 choices, they can create a defensive tank, how cannot be harmed, or you can create an offensive tank that can deal incredible damage.
Whichever one you choose, you will also build up your magic that enhances your skills and heals you. When properly buffered by their own magic spells, Paladins are ridiculously hard – some of the Paladin’s healing spells are the best in the game for the amount of mana they cost. If they have any weaknesses at all, it’s that their magic side can be easily silenced, dispelled or interrrupted. But that is not much of a weakness as they are still so powerful without their magic.

As you start to move up through the levels, you can take your Paladin down any one fo the 3 leveling paths they have: Holy Light, Protection and Retribution. The Holy tree is the healing abilities and spells and every Paladin should develp this tree to some degree.
The Paladins that focus on the retribution tree become very good at doing extremely heavy damage. It also has a few good defensive skills – parry for example. You’ll be able to cut down enemies swoftly with your 2-handed weapons.
And for people who want to create a character that is perfect for questing groups in PvP, the protection tree is often the best. It’s basically difficult to do damage to a Protection Paladin, they have so much defence. Protection Paladins are the best tanks in WoW – the guys who occupy the enemy in combat while his friends stay at a safe distance and attack with spells and arrows.
